The Walking-Talking-Making programme is designed to use each participants creativity levels and joy of the outdoors to help improve mental health and general wellbeing. Taking time to talk within the group or individually with the facilitators will enhance the therapeutic benefits of being outdoors and creating art. A range of mindfulness techniques will also be included. The Spring 2020 programme is being offered to people with anxiety and depression or those struggling with social isolation. The group will meet every week for 10 weeks starting on March 12th.
